RMUTL welcome coordinators from Tongji University

        On November 8, 2023. Asst.Prof.Dr. Jutturit Thongpron, Acting President of Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna. Asst. Prof. Pisit Wimontanasit, Vice President for Planning, Policy and Strategy. Asst.Prof.Dr. Thitibhorn Phantachang, Assistant to the President. Asst.Prof.Surasak Yousawat, The Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, and Assoc.Prof.Dr. Kanthana Ditkaew, The Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Liberal Arts welcomed executives and coordinators from Tongji University namely Professor Ying Wan, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Science and Engineering, Tongji University. Ms. Qian Jia, Senior Project Coordinator, and Mr. Xiaolei Yang, Project Coordinator, along with DR. Phattharaphone Silalak, The Chancellor of Chongfah Xinsheng Wanishbamrung School to participate in discussing cooperation at The Sompor Conference Room, Rajamangala University of Technology Lanna.

       Tongji University is ranked the 8th best public university in the People's Republic of China and the 36th best university in Asia and ranked 211 in the world by Time Higher Education. This educational institution is the oldest major college in Shanghai Municipality, China. The University is famous and is under the Ministry of Education. It also emphasizes research and has outstanding qualifications with an international reputation. Furthermore, there is diversity in teaching and learning in more than 29 faculties, especially in the fields of Civil Engineering, Environmental engineering, transportation and medical fields, etc.

        Besides the objective of this trip is to further cooperation with foreign agencies for creating activities and operations in teaching, research, innovation, and foreign culture. It’s a goal of Asst.Prof.Dr.Jutturit Thongpron, Acting President of RMUTL to develop academic cooperation, academic seminars and participate in the development of joint research between the two institutions and exchange personnel in the future.
